CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservation cancellations/adjustments must be submitted via email.​

BOARDING: We require at least 72-hour notice for cancellations. If we are unable to re-book the space that is reserved for your dog, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled reservation, for each kennel reserved.

Holiday/School Breaks:

We require at least two-weeks notice for all cancellations over national holidays and school breaks (we follow local school calendars for holiday, winter, and spring breaks. Please double-check with our staff if you're unsure if your reservation is made during a school break.)

 

If we do not receive at least two-weeks notice, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled reservation, for each kennel reserved.
